The company is dedicated to the research, development, and OEM manufacturing of high-quality guidewires for minimally invasive interventional procedures.
Established in March 2025 with a registered capital of HK$10 million, EasyMed Scientific is strategically located at Room 702, Building 2, Jiawei Photovoltaic Lighting Industrial Park, Pingdi, Longgang District, Shenzhen. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning approximately 4,000 square meters, the company is poised to become the largest OEM manufacturer of guidewires by the end of 2027, upon the completion of its second-phase factory.
EasyMed Scientific operates a 10,000-class cleanroom that complies with GMP requirements and international standards including ISO 14644-1 and YY/T 0033. The facility houses specialized workshops for cleaning, extrusion molding, injection molding, coating, and assembly, supported by an annual production capacity of 4 to 5 million units.
The company is equipped with advanced R&D, physical and chemical, and precision instrument laboratories, along with three biology laboratories for sterility testing, positive control, and microbial limit testing. A robust quality management system is in place, and ISO 13485 certification from BSI is expected between May and June 2026.
EasyMed Scientific distinguishes itself through independently developed technologies, including hydrophilic coatings, continuous grinding processes, and custom production equipment. These innovations enable the company to meet diverse client requirements with high precision and flexibility.

Hydrophilic coating application with thickness control between 0.005–0.01mm and unlimited coating length.
Metal grinding and processing for nitinol and high-strength stainless steel, achieving repeatability accuracy up to 2.5μm.
Spring manufacturing for round wire, flat wire, and PTFE-coated springs, with minimum thread diameter of 0.01mm and spring diameter of 0.2mm.
Extrusion processing for tungsten-containing polyurethane and Pebax materials, supporting a wide range of guidewire specifications.
Injection molding in a 10,000-class cleanroom environment.
EasyMed Scientific offers a full range of guidewires for various interventional applications, including hydrophilic guidewires, hybrid guidewires, neuro guidewires, peripheral guidewires, and coronary guidewires. Products are available in diameters from 0.010 to 0.047 inches and lengths from 45 to 350 cm, with customizable distal tip configurations.
The founding team brings over a decade of experience from leading global medical device companies such as St. Jude Medical, B. Braun, and Bain Medical. Their expertise spans design, development, production management, quality assurance, and full-lifecycle risk control for high-risk medical products.
EasyMed Scientific has also established collaborative relationships with Shenzhen Technology University and Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital, focusing on new material development, medical-engineering transformation, and clinical research.
